he International Space Station (ISS) is a joint project between the 5 space agencies of the United States, Russia, Japan, Europe and Canada. The ISS features modular construction, habitable area larger than a 5 bedroom house and is controlled by 52 computers. At almost 1,000,000 lbs, the ISS is one of the most complex engineering and construction projects in the world. Throughout its history the station has been visited and serviced by Russian Soyuz spacecraft and the American Space Shuttle.

In 2011 the Space Shuttle was retired. The shuttle Atlantis made the final voyage to the station in July of that year. This print depicts Atlantis as she weighs anchor for the final time from the space station.

Prints are signed by the artist and feature an extra 1" border to allow for matting and framing.
