Now available to order, F-89D Scorpion - "The Interceptor" by Mark Karvon. The F-89 Scorpion was an all-weather interceptor with two jet engines. It was the first jet-powered aircraft to enter service exclusively for that purpose. It was also the first combat aircraft to be equipped with nuclear air-to-air missiles. It had a two-person crew, with the pilot in the front and the radar operator in the back.
