LIMITED WARRANTY

Planejukie's Aviator Unlimited Corp. watches in the Classic Collection (The Blue Max and The Night Flight )have a two year limited warranty. Watches in the Chronograph Collection (The Ventura, The Nimbus, The Stratus) have a two year limited warranty, and the watches in the Embroidery Collection (The Silver Gullwing and The Gold Gullwing) have a one year warranty from date of purchase against any defects in workmanship and materials. SOME RESTRICTIONS DO APPLY.

                    THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY

- ANY DAMAGE, CAUSED BY: MISUSE, TAMPERING, ACCIDENTS, MOISTURE, WATER DAMAGE, NEGLIGENCE, OR NORMAL, WEAR AND TEAR NOT CAUSED BY ORIGINAL DEFECT OF MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP.

- IMPROPER SERVICING OF THE WATCH BY A THIRD PARTY.

- USING THE WATCH SCUBA DIVING

- WATCH BANDS AND THE WINGS APPLIED OR ATTACHED TO THEM. DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE CONSTRUCTION,  MATERIAL, OR LEATHER AND THE USE GIVEN BY THE WEARER ARE NOT COVERED BY THIS  WARRANTY IN ANY WAY.
